Your NOC, run by us, under your name
White-label NOC and L2/L3 infrastructure support for IT service providers. Your clients deal with you. We work in the background.
What we take on
White-label NOC
Monitoring, triage and escalation, day and night, for the client systems you look after.
L2/L3 support
Server, hypervisor, Azure, backup and identity work that goes beyond your first-line team.
How onboarding works
Week 1: agree and connect
We agree the scope, the systems and the escalation rules. The NDA gets signed and our named engineers get accounts in your tools.
Week 2: learn and document
We work alongside your team, learn your clients’ setups, write the runbooks and check the alerts are worth acting on.
Week 3: go live
We start taking tickets while your team watches, then take over the agreed hours.
Your tools, your brand
Your PSA and ticketing
We work tickets in your system, so there’s one queue and one history.
Your RMM
We use your RMM and monitoring tools. You don’t have to install ours.
Reports under your brand
Reports go out with your name on them. Your clients won’t see ours.
| Area | You | Us |
|---|---|---|
| Clients | Own the relationship, contracts and billing | Stay in the background |
| Tools | Provide the PSA and RMM | Work inside them |
| Alerts and tickets | Set the rules and priorities | Watch, triage and work them |
| Escalation | Decide who gets called | Follow your path |
| Reports | Send them under your brand | Prepare them |
We never contact your clients directly.
That’s a written non-solicitation commitment in our agreement with you. Your clients stay yours.
Escalation paths
We agree the path before we start: who we call, in what order, for which priority. If something needs a decision that’s yours to make, we wake the person you told us to wake.
Time-zone coverage
The NOC runs 24×7 from Hyderabad. At 11 pm in New York, it’s morning here, and our day starts while London is still asleep. So your overnight hours fall inside our working day or our night cover.
15 min
Response target for critical incidents. Your final SLAs are agreed in the contract. See all the targets.
Start with a pilot
Pick a small group of clients, or one shift. We run it for an agreed period. You review the tickets and the reports, then decide whether to carry on.
